My name is Jeremy, and my work as an IFS-informed life coach grew out of my own struggle with addiction. For years I felt lost, ashamed, and stuck in patterns I could not seem to break, no matter how hard I tried. That experience is why I care so deeply about the people I work with today.
In my healing process, I found Internal Family Systems (IFS), and it changed how I understood myself. Instead of seeing myself as broken, I began to recognize different parts of me that were working hard to protect me from pain. Gabor Maté’s words, “The question is not why the addiction, but why the pain,” became a guiding principle in my recovery.
Today, I help clients relate to their inner world with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment and shame, so real change can finally stick.
What this means for you:
• A non-shaming approach when you feel stuck in the cycle
• IFS-informed coaching that works with protective parts instead of fighting them
• A safe, confidential space to build a more Self-led life
Why Choose Me

Lived experience, not just theory.
I've walked my own path with addiction, so I'm not viewing you from a distance. That helps me meet you with compassion instead of judgement.

IFS-informed, non-shaming approach
I don't label you as "the problem". Instead, we get curious about the parts of you that turn to addiction to cope, and we work with them rather than fighting them.

Collaborative,
client-led process
I don't tell you how to live your life. We set goals together, move at a pace that feels manageable, and adjust as your needs evolve.

Location

I live and work in Chilliwack, B.C., on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Stó:lō Coast Salish peoples. I honour their enduring connection to this land and see this acknowledgement as one small step toward reconciliation. Chilliwack’s mountains, rivers, and forests are a big part of my own grounding and healing. The natural environment here supports my holistic approach to coaching, offering a setting that invites reflection, calm, and connection, for me and for the people I work with.
