Payment
Policies

Payments are made in three separate installments over 90 days.

The first payment is due at the time of booking.

Subsequent payments are due every 30 days.

Accepted methods include: credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Receipts will be provided after each payment.

Special Discount for American Clients: Due to the favourable exchange rate, American clients will effectively receive a discount on their payments when converted to USD.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.

All sessions in the package must be used within 90 days from the date of commencement.

Rescheduling sessions is available without charge when done at least 24 hours before the start of the session.

All sessions are confidential and personal will not be shared.

Refunds are not available once the package has commenced. Exceptions may be made under extraordinary circumstances and my discretion.

Mutual respect and professionalism are expected during all sessions. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the coaching relationship without a refund.
