How does IFS work?
IFS is a therapeutic model that helps you understand and heal your internal parts, leading to personal growth and emotional balance.
Are my session private & confidential?
I strive to protect your confidentiality and privacy during our sessions. However, coaching does not offer the same legal protections as therapy.
How long does it take to see results?
The timeline varies for each individual, but many clients start noticing positive changes within a few sessions.
