 Stop fighting yourself

If it feels like there are two different people living inside of you, you're not alone. Together, we’ll move past the struggle for control and help your conflicting parts find a way to work together, under your leadership.

Does this sound familiar?

The Urge to Escape

The part of you that reaches for relief isn't 'bad.' It reacts to your deepest moments of pain with the only tool it has, escape. While its actions can be hurtful to you and those you love, this part isn't trying to cause damage; it's trying to help you survive a moment that feels unmanageable. It behaves this way because it truly believes there is no other alternative."

The Weight of the Cost

This part of you is relentlessly proactive. It works overtime to keep you ‘on track’ and prevent mistakes, yet it often feels like it's fighting a losing battle. It is desperate for a different way to live, but because it’s so exhausted from repeating the same patterns, it eventually hits a wall, and the cycle begins again.

The cycle stops when the fighting ends.

I’m sure you’ve tried to ‘white-knuckle’ your way through recovery before praying it away, 12-step meetings, and every other means of change only to end up back in the same position. My approach doesn’t ask you to manage or ignore your parts. It guides you to come into direct contact with them and build a relationship based on trust and safety. This is how we move from constant struggle to lasting peace.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

For years, I was caught in the same cycle you find yourself in today, believing that if I just tried harder or stayed more disciplined, the struggle would finally resolve itself. But I learned that real change isn't about more willpower. It comes from a deep understanding of why your parts are fighting in the first place.

As an ACC-certified coach specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you move beyond traditional methods of recovery. Together, we work to uncover the protective intent behind your urges, creating a space of trust and safety where your internal system can finally settle.

You don't need more willpower; you need a new way to lead yourself. I’m here to help you navigate that internal landscape and find the lasting peace you’ve been looking for.

What You Get

Understand Your Urges

Instead of fighting your "bad" behaviours, we look beneath the surface. We identify the protective parts of your system that drive these urges, helping you understand their intent without being overwhelmed by them.

Build Internal Trust

We move beyond traditional willpower. As an ACC-certified coach, I guide you in building a relationship based on trust and safety between your "Self" and the parts of you that feel exhausted or desperate.

The Result

This is where the fighting ends. You return to a state of Self-Leadership, where you can navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and the lasting peace you’ve been looking for.
